🌙 “Dear Younger Me“…
I’ve been thinking about you lately —
the version of me who tried so hard,
who carried so much,
who hid pain behind smiles
and kept going even when the world felt heavy.
I want to write you a letter —
not to correct you,
not to judge you,
but to thank you.
Because everything I am today
is rooted in the strength you didn’t know you had.
🌑 To the One Who Loved Too Deeply
I know you gave your heart easily.
You trusted fast.
You cared without limits.
And sometimes, that left you hurt.
But please understand —
your softness was never a flaw.
You were not wrong for loving.
You were brave.
And even though people didn’t always treat your heart gently,
you never stopped believing in love.
That resilience became your superpower later in life.
💔 To the One Who Felt Alone Even in a Room Full of People
I remember how you used to hide your loneliness.
You pretended everything was fine,
because you thought showing hurt made you weak.
But look at you now.
You learned to sit with your pain.
You learned to understand yourself.
You learned that loneliness doesn’t define you —
it reveals what you truly need.
You learned how to be your own home.
And that changed everything.
🌱 To the One Who Tried to Please Everyone
You changed yourself to be liked.
You dimmed your light to fit in.
You apologized for existing too loudly.
You chased people who didn’t choose you.
You accepted less than you deserved.
But you grew.
You learned that not everyone is meant to stay.
You learned that your worth isn’t measured by approval.
You learned to walk away without guilt.
You learned to choose yourself —
beautifully, unapologetically.
I’m proud of you for that.
🔥 To the One Who Thought They Wouldn’t Make It Through
You survived heartbreaks you never spoke about.
You carried burdens you didn’t share.
You kept moving even on days
when getting out of bed felt impossible.
You didn’t know it then,
but every step you took in the dark
was leading you toward the light.
You didn’t give up.
You didn’t lose yourself.
You didn’t break —
you transformed.
And that strength lives in me today.
🌈 To the Person I Used to Be… Thank You
If I could sit beside you,
I would hold your hand and tell you:
You were enough,
even when you didn’t feel like it.
You were worthy,
even when people didn’t treat you that way.
You were growing,
even when you felt stuck.
You were becoming someone you’d be proud of.
Everything you went through
became the foundation of who I am now:
More patient.
More confident.
More loving.
More at peace.
More me.
And I owe so much of that
to you.
