One of the most painful journeys you will ever undertake is to let go of an older, broken, outdated version of yourself.
It’s Painful, excruciating actually.
As you let go of the familiar, the hopes, the faith, the dreams, the future, the structures, the securities, the promises, the love, the friendships, the old life.
Yet mysteriously it is so empowering & liberating.
You say goodbye to the old aspects that no longer serve you.
You let go of the suffering, sacrifice, pain, emptiness, abandoned aspects. You have to surrender. You literally feel like you are dying a slow painful death inside as the ego dies.
As chunks of your old world disintegrate.
As chapters of your life close.
Lifelong friendships fizzle out.
Soul contracts completed, then the separation.
Your energy & vibration simply repelling or attracting now. It’s a painful time until you stop sacrificing yourself & refuse to settle for scraps. Till you let go, release, surrender, To become, To be rebirthed into your authentic self.
Just like a snake, it outgrows & sheds it skin, so do we. Don’t let the venom or poison paralyze you. Let it rebirth & forge you into the new, authentic, empowered & awakened self.
